Female Portrait Speed Paint

Man I was stressing out and putting myself down like how I usually do before I did this. I don't know why I like to make myself my biggest enemy and hater. I go through this so much when I am trying to paint or draw. Less when I'm drawing and more when I am painting because I am trying to find my way through it. I tell myself I can't do it, why do I try, or other negative thoughts when things aren't looking the way I want them to in my paintings. This time I tried hard and ignore those thoughts and got this. I am getting better with laying colors on top of value and most importantly I am getting better with my values.
